BogTroTTeR’s new full length album Immersion offers a different take on his distinct sound. Each track on his latest, the fourth release from BogTroTTeR on Ektoplazm, showcases the many psychedelic sides of midtempo, dub, and psybass. The album kicks off with a beautiful and lush introduction, leading into an energetic and complex groove. We are then invited on a playful romp through a psychedelic circus from another dimension, segueing into an ominous rhythm that crunches its way through moist bass lines and in-between curious melodies. Later on, he slows things down a bit, reminding us to be flexible through bendy and geometric sounds before we end this bass saturated trek through the swampy psychedelic audio experience of BogTroTTeR.
